Welcome spring with a fresh Salsa

3 cups cabbage
1 large carrot
1cup cilontro
1cup arugala
1 cup chuncky salsa
1/2 cup of sour cream

Finely chop cabbage,carrots,arugala,and cilontro.
mix everything together in a 5cup CaliBowl and serve with pieces of flat bread
